Gary Clifford - Chairman

Gary is Managing Director of Penfold (www.penfoldcapital.com). He is also chairman of Penfold Capital Acquisition II Corporation (TSV: PAC.P) and Penfold Capital Acquisition III Corporation (TSV: PNF.P). Mr. Clifford previously served several public companies listed in both Canada and the US. Prior, Gary was with Counsel Corporation (an investment company listed on the TSX and formerly listed on NASDAQ as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior, Gary served in various executive capacities, including VP Corporate Development with Leitch Technology Corporation (now Harris Corporation NYSE: HRS). Leitch is an international technology company focused on digital media infrastructure (formerly listed on the TSX and NASDAQ). Gary is a Chartered Accountant and he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.

Salil Munjal

Salil is Chief Executive Officer of Penfold Bancorp Inc, a merchant bank, and Managing Director, Penfold Capital. He is also a director and senior officer of Penfold Capital Acquisition II Corporation (TSV: PAC.P) and Penfold Capital Acquisition III Corporation (TSV: PNF.P). Salil is a seasoned senior public company executive having served as Chief Operating Officer of Leitch Technology Corporation (now Harris Corporation NYSE: HRS). Leitch is an international technology company focused on digital media infrastructure (formerly listed on the TSX and NASDAQ). Earlier, Salil practiced corporate and securities law with Torys LLP (New York and Toronto) where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Salil holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon.) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University. Salil is called to the bars of both New York and Ontario.

Ali Guven Kivilcim

Ali G. Kivilcim has been involved in telecommunication technologies for more than 15 years. He specializes in architecting high volume, high performance, real-time call routing engines. He studied math at Bogazici University , Turkey. He is currently employed as the president and CTO of AGK Consulting Inc.

Rodney Franklin

Rodney has over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He was Canadian manager for Harris Corporations Communications Group and a leader of the Harris Cellular Technology Group. He was a pioneer in the Canadian radio pocket paging market while he was General Manager of Multitone Electronics, from 1967 to 1977. He and Wayne Silver have been partners in business since 1987.

Ian Hochberg, MBA

Ian has provided management consulting services for the past 17 years, the last 10 as an independent practitioner. His work includes strategic and financial planning primarily for innovative organizations in the telecommunications and Information Technology sectors. Prior to establishing his own practice, Ian provided consulting services to early stage technology companies on behalf of Connect.IT – an Ontario Government initiative and he also worked with a private venture capital company. Ian has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Vedat Kalkuz

Vedat was born in Turkey and educated at the University of Istanbul, Faculty of Business Administration achieving his Bachelor Degree. Past work experience includes key roles at mergers, acquisitions and public offerings of large corporations and previously, he has worked for one of the Big 5 Accounting Firms and held Chief Financial Officer and Finance Executive positions in various large corporations.
