Gary Clifford - Chairman

Executive Chairman of Phonetime since 2009. Gary also serves as Chairman of Penfold Capital Corporation (www.penfoldcapital.com) and as a director of Vizimax Inc. (www.vizimax.com) A serial entrepreneur, accomplished business leader and turnaround expert with a broad functional background and strong operating skills. A Chartered Accountant, A member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, A pragmatic leader with perseverance, a builder fixer, a facilitator, a problem solver, and financial expert.

Salil Munjal

Salil is General Partner, Yaletown Venture Partners, a leading venture capital firm. Salil is also a seasoned senior public company executive and board member, having served as Chief Operating Officer of Leitch Technology Corporation (now Harris Corporation NYSE: HRS). Leitch is an international technology company focused on digital media infrastructure (formerly listed on the TSX and NASDAQ). Earlier, Salil practiced corporate and securities law with Torys LLP (New York and Toronto) where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Salil holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon.) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University. Salil is called to the bars of both New York and Ontario.

Mr. Martin, JD

Jonathan joined our Board of Directors in August 2010. He served as President, Principal Financial Officer and Chairman of a publicly traded eCommerce Company from February 2008 until July 2010. Mr. Martin has over ten years of experience in the entrepreneurial world including export and financial related transactions. From January 2008, to November 2010 Mr. Martin served as associate legal counsel for a Connecticut based finance firm. From January 2007, through December 2007, Mr. Martin worked with East Coast Venture Capital, Inc., a company which specializes in small business investments. During 2005, Mr. Martin served as a developer representative at Skyline Equities Reality, a real estate developer based in Miami, Florida. Mr. Martin received his BS in Finance from the University of Miami and his JD from Florida International University.

Ali Guven Kivilcim

Ali G. Kivilcim has been involved in telecommunication technologies for more than 15 years. He specializes in architecting high volume, high performance, real-time call routing engines. He studied math at Bogazici University , Turkey. He is currently employed as the president and CTO of AGK Consulting Inc.

Vedat Kalkuz

Board of Directors, was born in Turkey and educated at the University of Istanbul, Faculty of Business Administration achieving his Baccalaureate Degree. Past work experience includes key roles at mergers, acquisitions and public offerings of large corporations and previously, he has worked for one of the Big 5 Accounting Firms and held Chief Financial Officer and Finance Executive positions in various corporations. Mr. Kalkuz is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
